QLR4 WEIGHT POCKET QUALITY ALERT

There have been incidents reported of QLR4 weight pockets failing during normal operation, which could pose a drowning hazard to users. We recommend taking all necessary precautions and discontinuing use of the affected products immediately.

AFFECTED BCD MODELS

Australian Underwater Products has launched a weight pocket replacement process aimed at streamlining efforts to restore affected BCDs to a safe and usable condition.

To check if your Oceanic BCD is affected by the recall and submit your replacement QLR4 weight pocket claim, please follow these steps:

• Check your BCD serial number(s) using the button below.
• If a replacement is required, fill in the submission form with the necessary details. Multiple claims can be processed on the same form.
• Choose your delivery option (With next order / Express Replacement).
• Destroy the faulty pockets by cutting off the rubber handle. Returning the faulty product is not necessary.
• NOTE: If you would like a pair sent directly to a customer, select the "customer" option on the form.

ONLY BCDs WITHIN THE AFFECTED SERIAL NUMBER RANGE AND ARE MISSING THE DATE STAMP WILL QUALIFY FOR REPLACEMENT QLR4 WEIGHT POCKETS.
