These professional retailers are the only locations that are able to extend the Oceanic warranty, guide you in the proper maintenance of your gear, and provide you with ongoing service and support for the Oceanic products that you purchase. Not every business that advertises Oceanic products is an Authorised Dealer. All Oceanic Software including Masks, Snorkels, Fins, Wetsuits, Hoods, Vests, Boots, Gloves, Drysuits and Accessories, is provided with a 12 month warranty whereby Oceanic guarantees to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational use for a period of one (1) year from date of consumer purchase from an Authorised Oceanic Dealer in Australia, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owners guide or instruction card included with the equipment. Should this product prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed as limitations below) the product will be serviced or replaced at Oceanic's sole discretion at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).
- This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Oceanic to perform service.
- The warranty is non transferable and extends to the original purchaser only. It is void if the equipment was purchased from anyone other than an Australian Authorised Oceanic Dealer.
- Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Oceanic 1 year Warranty.

All Oceanic Hardware including Regulators, Buoyancy Compensators and Instrumentation is provided with a 2 year warranty against faulty materials and workmanship whereby Oceanic guarantees to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational use for a period of two (2) years from date of consumer purchase from an Authorised Oceanic Dealer in Australia, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owners guide or instruction card included with the equipment. Should this product prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed as limitations below) the product will be serviced or replaced at Oceanic's sole discretion at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).

Alliance Service Agreement Oceanic Australia and your Authorised Oceanic Dealer hereby extend to you the Alliance Service Agreement which offers free service parts with annual inspection and/or servicing for as long as you own your Oceanic product. This program applies to all Oceanic Regulators, Buoyancy Compensators and Analogue Gauges purchased and serviced through an Authorised Oceanic Dealer. This agreement will be validated by Oceanic Australia provided warranty documentation is completed and submitted to Oceanic within 30 days of purchase. This service requires and allows for the following:
- All products must be serviced annually by an authorised Oceanic Service Technician.
- Oceanic Australia and your authorised Oceanic Dealer will provide all overhaul service parts at no charge.
- All labour fees included in overhaul service are the responsibility of the owner of the product serviced.
- To maintain this Alliance Agreement, you must show proof of authorised annual service.
- This agreement is null and void if such regular annual service is not performed.
- This Alliance Agreement is non-transferable and valid for the life of the original owner only.
- Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Oceanic Limited Lifetime Warranty.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Individual dealer participation in this program is voluntary. This guarantee warrants that at any time during the first 30 days of purchase, your Oceanic product fails to meet your expectations, that product may be exchanged by a participating Authorised Oceanic Dealer. |

Product Registration
You should ensure that all product is registered with Oceanic within 30 days of purchase. This may be completed at the time of purchase by your Authorised Oceanic Dealer, or on line at Oceanic Product Registration. This procedure is necessary in order to claim warranty service on any Oceanic product, and additionally, should Oceanic issue a safety related notice regarding your product, you will be the first to know.
