VEO 100 COMPUTER

The VEO 100 coordinates carefully arranged information with the simplicity of our trademark green, yellow and red Graphic Diver Interface for a quick visual reference.

Monitoring your dive becomes incredibly simple - a quick glance to see if your "in the green" - and it's all systems go.

  • Easy to learn and use
  • "Hockey Puck" module is the same size as most depth gauges for easy and inexpensive console upgrades
  • Water activation
  • Diver-replaceable battery with Hot Swap memory allows battery change between dives
  • Safety stop prompt
  • 12 dive log book

MODULE ONLY $ 380.00

WRIST MOUNT $ 407.00

PRESSURE AND COMPASS $645.00

SWIV Console
Introducing the new standard in modular instrument systems. The all-new SWIV Console provides complete flexibility over how your instruments are configured. An allen key and a twist of the wrist allows you to position your gauges to meet your diving style. The SWIV Navcon is a three gauge console, including compass. A compass may easily be added to the Combo version.

Dive Time Remaining
Dive Time Remaining provides a 'real' number in minutes. This calculation considers both Nitrogen and Oxygen absorption, displaying whichever allows less time.

"Hockey Puck" Module
Allows easy upgrade from most analog gauge or computer consoles. This innovative modular design allows versatile configurations from our Combo or Navcon consoles, wrist mount, hose-mount boot, or a retractor attached to your BC.

Choose Your Dive Mode Display
The Veo 100 is as versatile underwater as it is topside. Upon starting your dive, the Veo 100 will simply display your current depth, how long you can stay there and cylinder pressure. While many divers have asked for such simplicity and ease of use, you know that with all the Veo 100's features, there must be more. And there is. Simply press the button to see more information. Is this information important to you on a full time basis? Leave it there. Just want to check it and then move on to another display? You can do that too. It's up to you and your new Veo 100.

Oversized Digits
Take the Oceanic challenge: When shopping for a new dive computer, compare the displays. When it comes to viewing critical information, which would you rather see at 100 feet?

Water or Manual Activation
Is it a good idea to check your computer before entering the water? You bet. Could you forget to activate your computer? Sure. The Veo 100 features push-button or automatic activation, triggered by water contact. A benefit of push-button activation is easily verifying operation and cylinder pressure, but in case you forget, or simply choose not to activate your computer, it can be as simple as jumping in the water.

Oceanic Personal Dive Computer Algorithm
Decompression theory can be trusted only as far as it has been demonstrated by actual test dive data. In 1987 a unique series of experiments were conducted by Diving Science and Technology (DSAT). Commissioned by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), these Doppler ultrasound monitored human experiments conducted by Dr. Michael Powell produced the most comprehensive data set that exists for recreational divers to this day. These data were used to validate the PADI Recreational Dive Planner and are the basis of the algorithm used in all Oceanic Personal Dive Computers (PDCs).

"The ultimate adjustable algorithm." That's the way divers, instructors and Oceanic Pro Dealers refer to Oceanic PDCs. Our color-coded bar graphs provide complete control of your margin of safety for each dive. Want to be a bit more cautious? Make it a personal rule to never enter into the yellow caution zone, or stay one pixel away, or – you get the point. Now you can even program several of our PDCs to do it for you with our patent pending Nitrogen Bar Graph Alarm; set it once and let your computer alert you when your bar graph reaches that level.

Automatic Safety Stop Prompt
A brief audible and visual alarm remind you as you approach 15 feet. An automatic 3-minute timer counts down to zero. As in any other dive mode, you still have access to other pieces of information, and there is no penalty should you choose to disregard the safety stop.

Time Stamp
The Veo 100 features time of day on the surface as well as underwater for quick reference.

User Friendly Mode Icons
All Oceanic computers feature bar graphs and universal icons that help you to quickly understand the information displayed on the screen at a glance.

Graphic User Interface™
Using the recognizable logic of green, yellow and red color-coding in conjunction with bar graphs, the diver has at-a-glance information. As easy to understand as a traffic light, the Graphic Diver Interface helps you to easily monitor No-Decompression status and Ascent Rate.

Automatic Altitude Compensation
All Oceanic computers automatically compensate for altitude up to 14,000 feet, giving adjusted no-decompression times and depths. They even automatically recalibrate the depth display for freshwater instead of seawater.

Diver-Replaceable Batteries
All Oceanic computers feature diver replaceable batteries. This can be a real trip-saver on board a live-aboard boat!

Battery Hot Swap™
An added benefit to diver replaceable batteries. The “hot-swap” feature allows you to change batteries between dives while maintaining all calculations.

24-Hour Fly Countdown and Calculated Desaturation Time
The Veo 100 features both a dual 12-hour countdown timer and calculated Desaturation Time, the theoretical time required to off-gas all residual nitrogen at sea level.

Variable Ascent Rate Indicator™
Some computers simply flash an icon, telling you that you’re ascending too quickly. The Veo 100’s Variable Ascent Rate Indicator bar graph acts as a speedometer, allowing you to very precisely control your ascent rate via the green, yellow, and red bar graph.

Depth-Dependent Ascent Rate
The Veo 100 features a depth-dependant ascent rate, allowing increased rates at deeper depths and providing additional safety as you near the surface.

12 Dive On-Unit Log Book
The Veo 100 features on-unit data storage capacity for 12 dives. Date and time stamp makes locating and viewing a specific dive quick and easy.

USER SETTINGS AND OPTIONS

Units of Measurement
Choose between Metric and Imperial settings for depth and pressure.

12/24 Hour Time Format
Choose between 12 or 24 hour time format, independent of Units of Measurement.

Time of Day
The Veo 100 displays time of day on the surface as well as underwater for quick reference.

Water Activation On/Off
Do you tend to keep your equipment in a wet dive bag longer than you should? Are you an Instructor or Divemaster in an environment where your gear is never dry? Would you like to disable the water activation feature? Now you can.
